2012 and beyond...

Established in 1891, Wisehart Law Office is an icon in Middletown, Indiana.  Francis Author Wisehart began his law practice in his hometown.  Respected for his expertise and integrity, my grandfather created a legacy of legal service to the community.  Robert F. Wisehart continued the legacy and continues the law practice with help from the 3rd generation attorney, Mary Wisehart Phillips. 

The oldest law firm in Henry County continues to deliver excellence in legal solutions and compassion for their clients.  Over one hundred years later, the family firm is known for their creative resolutions to difficult legal issues and successful trial litigation.  Wisehart & Phillips, is committed to maintaining the trust and experience that makes this law firm unique.  Maintaining the highest level of continuing legal education is key to giving superior legal advice and using the best tools to prepare in negotiations and court room presentation.
