News:

I have been offered and have accepted an appointment as the Henry County Court Commissioner.   This is a full-time position as a judicial officer.  My appointment began January 2, 2013.  Acceptance of this position necessarily means I can no longer maintain my private practice.

I have been honored to be your counsel and I hope my efforts were satisfactory and helpful.   I am blessed to be a part of our community and appreciate all the support I have received from my clients.  It has been my pleasure to practice law in the private practice capacity for the last 20 years.   I look forward to the next 20 years of legal service in my capacity.  Thank you for your confidence in me.  I wish you the best.
